Yes, see last post. Hadn't realised you are motor so be mindful of cooling and controller temperatures. A rule of thumb could be to run at half the rated current for motor and controller at a given voltage. If air cooled/heat sinks then in a similar latitude to me (56 degrees) I guess you'll be fine. One approach is to get the highest torque per amp motor which is directly related to rpm per volt and run the motor at a higher voltage, with gearing and large prop. That is keep the volts up and amps down. Even following some basic rules of thumb you should end up with an overall system efficiency of 50% or more subject to the propeller.
