Aha! Okay I thought you meant you were going to run the 12kW motor at that power! Makes sense now. Yes, I found voltage sag an issue on AGM over time. As you know I'm direct drive so keeping volts up and amps down has been a key whilst running at cruise near peak motor efficiency, but as I'm at 25.6 V nominal battery voltage (LFPs) if I go too high pitch on my prop I run out of volts (rpm) to make the power. All a juggling act. I'm thinking your gearbox might be sucking more power than you think. Our hulls wetted surface probably similar. Mine modified full keel but double ended yacht so quite fine ends.
