No I'm not assuming a constant efficiency, just the efficiency at a particular voltage and current. The figure come from Cedric Lynch when he was AGNi and were on the site. Now Saietta. I probably still have the sheet somewhere.
No my motor has a rated power of over 14 and 29 kW peak but that is an 84 Volt system. My nominal battery voltage is 25.6V.
