Thanks for the report. Glad to see someone is getting some regen. I just installed the current probe for my Paktrakr today and am about a month away from launch and hope to do some more testing on the regen too.

I was out sailing yesterday with a friend so I took the opportunity to see if we were getting any regeneration while sailing.

For those here that do not know, I have a SolidNav Explorer and a fixed 12x10 three blade prop. The PakTrakr monitor is down below.

At 5+ knots sailing speed we were getting from 2 - 2.8 amps (@ 48 volts)during the few minutes I watched the PakTrakr amp readout. Not a lot but not nothing.

Also leaving the (Santa Cruz CA) harbor we had to punch through a pretty big breaking wave. The electric motor did just fine. The scariest part was coming down the steep back side of the wave, I was hoping there was enough water in the trough so we wouldn't bottom out... we did not bottom out :-).
