[Electric Boats] Re: ABYC standards above 50v DC

You can look up post #13614 from 3/15/2010 in this group. There is a brief list of some of the requirements. While not everything, it gives you an idea of the extra wiring and components needed for systems higher than 48 volts. The complete description of TE-30 is available from ABYC for $25/$50 (member/non-member prices). Any vendor that intends to sell you a high voltage system should be familiar with the specifications and be able to tell you exactly what your system should look like to comply with these standards.

Since I went with a 48v system, I did not invest in the technical information report.
