Hey, I am in WA also and am adding a Torqeedo 1003 electric outboard to my sailboat...probably not in the same league as your idea but there may be some data to be gained from the performance I get on my Montgomery 17. (Still waiting for Torqeedo to ship the first of this new motor to distributors.
