Congratulations all Wye island marathon participants. So cool to see the article in Popular Mechanics albeit a little dramatic. It was great read national coverage of some do it yourself electric boat enthusiasts.

Sorry you missed them. They hit Wye landing at probably 2:30, since the start was a little late due to my problems with the ElectroShell and Geoff Elliot's dampening his kayak electrics.

Enter an electric boat next year or come ride one of the escort boats. This year there were three escorts.
