Torque does not change pitch requirement, RPM determines the prop dimensions. And the hull dimensions off course. You can try and use the motor characteristics to tweak around, electric can supply full power at lower rpm's. You could choose to fit a slightly larger prop giving higher efficiency. Be careful though not to overload the motor.
