Well I couldn't figure out why I couldn't get my shafts aligned. Now I know. My prop shaft is bent. It is a bronze shaft. I don't have time to change it. I got to start thinking about going back to work, and I have other projects waiting like a new automatic bilge pump and fixing some leaks in the overhead. But the motor is in, and running. So it will be a few months before I return and finally get my shafts in a row, and determine my speed/amps and my range at various speed/rpm/amps.
