[Electric Boats] BMS and charger for Sky Energy Pack

Hi all;

I have ordered eight, 40ah Sky Energy Cells, LIFEPO4, to power my Torqueedo
801 motor. This is used on our tender to Jubilee, or Westerly Fulmar.

The pack will be configured as 24v. The cells have a fully charged voltage
of 3.6v, and a lov voltage of 2.0v. I need to find a BMS and charger for the
pack, and I am having difficulties.

Here are the cells:

Here is a BMS board:

The trouble I think with that board is that the over current protection is
set to 3.9 volts, and the Sky Energy cells look like they are to be charged
to 3.6v max.

Am I correct in this assumption?
Any other sources for a good board to serve as a BMS? Ideally, it would
allow a simple power supply to provide the juice for charging, incorporating
all bms and charging intelligence.

Chris
