Thank you everyone for immediate responses. I keyed on the suggestion regarding ventilation in my engine compartment. I motored the boat all day with the engine compartment covers off and everything went well. After covering the engine comartment the controller went into the overheat protection mode. Vents and a circulation fan have proved to be the solution!
