There is an electric start from China I will see if I can find it
I'm also interested in The Alphagen for similar reasons to Arden. It was only available with manual start, despite the Honda i3000, on which its based, having an electric start, at least as an option.
Alphagen said they couldn't do a 'one off' electric start, it was manual or nothing. Your post implies that you may have yours starting up automatically when the battery voltage drops. If my assumption of this is right, would you mind sharing how you've done that?I'd be also interested to hear you comments about how you've mounted it to reduce vibration & your assessment of the noise & vibration levels. Did you install the optional enhanced enclosure option?I've also looked at gens like the Fischer Panda, but the air cooling has a lot of attractions, if its quiet enough.Thanks, Peter
