Peter,

Last thing whilst I remember. Here's the Saietta 119 and R version PDF. R is in red and is for reinforced. To get your 10kW you'd need to go up to 60V.

All akin to the D135 Lynch I use ref:

But it seems you want an AC type motor. Anyhow, nowt wrong with brushed DC if it does the job as we say.

Personally as you are not a sail boat like me and rely on motor propulsion, I'd be looking for a liquid cooled geared motor to get your shaft speed and running it and its controller at around half of its rated power for continuous running.
