I forgot to say. I note in your PDF for your tow test you have both force and power. Not sure how you calculated Watts but there is no direct conversion between thrust and power. It's just an approximation. I did mess with a little bollard pull sheet and make some approximations myself, attached here, as are the results from my little sailing yacht.
