This is a very different boat. By specs, it is 102' x 49.5' and weighs in around 95 tons. Their fully deployed solar array is almost 5800 square feet! I haven't found any info about construction costs or estimated value.

In any case, this seems a little far removed from what what most of the board members are considering for their own boats. I personally have more of a chance to own an America's Cup challenger program. I also don't know if much of the technology translates to our size projects.

All of that said, I still think that it's neat to see someone pushing the limits...
