I have the QuickCharge 48v/25a and it will run off the Honda 2000 in my limited testing. The QuickCharge actually draws more than the specs say when first energized, 17 amps as I recall, so would blow my AC 15A breaker when I first installed the charger. I swapped in a 20A, and noted that the charger draw drops pretty quickly. The charger has an internal POT that will let one reduce AC draw (and therefore also DC output) but I havn't had to touch that. Honda literature says the 2000 can run full output for up to 30 minutes if I recall correctly.
The QuickCharge charges my 48V, 283AH bank consisting of (8) US 250HC XC 6V's.

No first hand experience with this charger but, from the chargers input specs off 117 volts @ 12 amps. I get 1404 watts. I think the Honda 2000 should handle it as I believe it can handle about 1600 watts continuously. Eric is our resident number cruncher perhaps he or someone else can double check my calculations.

Does anyone on this forum have first hand experience using a Quick Charge 48v 25amp charger with a Honda EU2000i? I'm aware of the specs of both units already but would like to hear from the horse's mouth. Curious if the generator comfortably supports the load at the rated output.
Thanks.
