Thanks for your concern. At this point I don't know if Kevin's actions are worth jail time, or if he is just a poor business man. But if he hopes to continue with his business, he needs to be responsive and act resposibly in a situation like this.
I will keep the group posted if I hear from Kevin or get my money back.
