[Electric Boats] Re: Parts List for Electric Conversion



4knots @ 8 hours is going to be in the neighborhood of 320AH - so you'd need something like 4-500AH in storage - you won't fit that on your boat in either weight or volume (unless you are rich and go with lithium)

So - best bet is design for your shorter trips, and get a generator (Honda EUx000 or similar mounted on deck) and start it well before you think you need to.
