Nice idea for a resource. I'd use it. But I am afraid it might take on the size of a Sierra Marine catalog.

Subject: [Electric Boats] A suggestion to the Group
I've got waaaaay too many electric boat projects in the fire at the moment (so to speak....wow is that a mixed metaphor or what?) but I was thinking last night turning equipment etc etc over in my head obsessively as I tend to do:
It would be a really cool thing if the group put together a series of basically turnkey packages for powering or repowering electric vessels, something like a list of "buy this HERE and put it together like THIS" to save money and make sure things work. We could set this up at, say 5Kw, 10Kw and 20kw power levels and perhaps even negotiate better prices with vendors.
Thoughts?
