I would love to see (hear?) any decibel data.
Greater-than-expected motor/gear-reduction noise has been the biggest disappointment in my conversion to electric auxiliary propulsion.
All-in-all very happy with the final result but am looking into motor/drive-train noise mitigation.

The quietest cogged belt I know is Goodyear's Eagle PT. It has a self-centering herringbone design.
