Interesting, yeah. No more helpless backing to port... a plus for guys who can't figured out how to work with that. Sure... great maneuverability with that concept. I kinda like it, in principle. There will probably be some bugs to work out, and early adopters mighgt pay a price for being on the leading edge. I am thinking particularly on stress to the steering gear, and stress on the power cables. I would also mention water intrusion issues but other underwater motor systems seem to be coping with it quite well, so maybe it is not going to be a problem with this system either.
