I installed a Thunderstruck 5kw kit last year, and had a good experience. They were helpful and concientious when they contacted me after shipping because they thought that the wrong bearing might have been installed in my belt reduction gear. We walked through checking it out over the phone and it was all good, I am very happy with my purchase and the company.
