ahoy  there , Richard,  what are you using , to provide the re-gen mate? is this just the prop in the water , or do you have solar , or wind  gen aboard?

Went out for a brisk sail on Monday in 12-15 knot winds. Alberg 30 with EY 100ibl system. We never went below 4.5 knots and mostly 5.5 knots upwind and 6+ downwind. We were getting 170 watts at 4.7, 230 watts at 5.5 and 300 at 6 knots. Battery read 91% remaining when we shut down after putting the sails up. After 2 hours the battery was back up to the 53.35 reading that we left the mooring with after turning into wind to drop sails. For me this is usefull as it will easly exceed our house loads.
