I wouldn't bother with isolation mounts. Align the shaft and bolt her down solid. If you wind up with a little vibration, loosen the bolts a bit and move it around slightly until you find a sweet spot. Any noise from the motor is going to be of a relatively high frequency which rubber mounts won't absorb much. Fiberglass hulls sometimes resonate with those higher frequencies, but I think wood would tend to dampen it.
You may want to consider an isolated shaft coupler to keep leakage currents off the shaft and prop to minimize corrosion. Another, and probably cheaper method is to insulate the lower bearing(s) from the plate. Some hard plastic shims, washers, and bushings would work.
