Hey Donald, You bring up a good point, Learning. I've noticed understanding some things at first seems impossibl but once I get the words sorted and look into it a bit deeper it all becomes much clearer. Now I think that would be a reason people may be reluctant to get into electric drives. The learning curve is daunting! For people who don't understand dc power there is a huge amount of words and thories to get to know and that takes energy. By the way, Einstein was wrong, Energy equals happiness!!!!

ya know , Peter, that is an amazing idea.
