I would say if paid with PayPal they are your best bet. Recovered
$1000 recently with their help.

If your Credit Card is Linked to the Pay Pal they are your first line.
BUT file a protest. elevate it, copy all your emails and documents to a
text file and attach to the issue with them and then call weekly at least.
