I have to agree with James on the diodes. Avoid them, by avoiding the need for them.
I am not surprised that a series of T125 batteries charges at a higher rate than a series of T105s in parallel with it. The bigger battery can accept more charge. The ratio is inversely proportional to the ratio of the capacities, or more specifically the internal resistance. It is like a series/parallel Ohm's law problem. The bigger batteries, all things equal, will also discharge at a higher current than the smaller ones while they are in parallel. This is normal and not a thing to worry about in itself. The problem arises when a battery gets a short cell. Which can happen in an aging bank. I would prefer to keep the two strings isolated.
