[Electric Boats] Re: Use of Battery Boxes with agm's, gel or other sealed batteries

 

USCG requires batteries be properly secured and both terminals be protected from accidental shorts. A number of platform hold-downs work very well if combined with rubber terminal covers. Good thing for reducing heat buildup.
