[Electric Boats] Re: Minn Kota

 

So you're looking to have a back up to your outboard which is the backup to your sails? So your boat will be wind, gasoline and electric powered?

The trolling motors will allow you to manuever in marina situations, but you will have limited power to deal with wind or current in tight quarters. If that sounds like it might meet your requirements, go for it.
