Hi James, Kelly claims that the controller can be reprogrammed with a PC using a graphic user-interface program they provide, connected to the controller via the serial cable (or USB-to-serial). Are you saying the necessary re-programming couldn't be done this way (i.e., it has to do with a factory setting inaccessible in the GUI)? -- Paul
