I'd think long and hard before installing an AIRcooled engine in the belly of a sailboat...  Adequate ventilation might be a challenge.

Hatz makes a nice aircooled diesel, about 10hp, the changfa (185=9HP,
195=13.38HP, 1115= 22HP) is a better solution.
