Appears to be the picture of a PARSUN (China) 4 HP electric. I have one on a 15ft Grumann Bass boat (1986). It will push the boat and 300 pounds of people at 5.3 K/hr for a little over 2 hours powered by 4 x 12v 160 Amp/hr batteries in series. Only downside is the prop design. I don't think its optimized for the RPMs. See PARSUN on Youtube.
