[Electric Boats] Re: Performance Numbers

James,

With the motor mounted under the seat in the dinette of the Catalina 30 seems like an optimal installation, very clean. Where are your batteries? Your performance numbers look good for a 30' sailboat. I hope that I can come close to those figures with a full keel and a prop in an aperture.

Fair winds,

We will be monitoring DC current and voltage, AC current and voltage, motor rpm, propellor rpm and temperature of all components. We can change the motor windings, the gear ratio, and the propellor to create the most efficient system for the boat. Efficiency is so important because higher efficiency means longer range.
