you can use an outback MPPT charge controller as a DC to DC power supply if you disable the MPPT function and have a 12 volt battery for it to charge. The advantage here would be you could have another one used as your solar charge controller and carry one spare for both controllers. Also, they are reasonably priced and will handle 60 or 80 amps

you could also use a Newmar DC to DC converter, they are a little more money but are very light.
