Sure is a whole lot to think about when one considers going electric.
Tom Hruby at the electric boat site explained the differences between 24-48 volt systems regarding amperage. Being in the HVAC industry I knew that the higher the voltage the lower the amperage but never made that connection to EP.....
I only considered 24 volts because I was thinking it would allow space for an additional bank but if it uses twice the amperage at a given wattage when compared to a 48 volt system, what's the point?
