I mentioned a few weeks ago about what a pain it was to remove some of the Honda 2000i case screws due to corrosion. Well, I finally got the replacement screws delivered which took over two weeks. Like I expected the actual repair of replacing the pull cord only took about ten minutes. But, you do need to tear the generator down a bit to get access to the recoil assembly. P.S. Make sure you put some type anti seize compound on those case screws before you need to do any repairs so they don't seize up!
