FWIW: In NA, if a vehicle gets its power from overhead catenary wires it is a trolley car. When it is more than one or two cars it is a train regardless of power source. Streetcars can be powered by any sort of energy sources not just electricity, its a catch-all term for public transportation between buses and trains.
