The reason it is so difficult to make comparisons between motors (ICE or electric)is because manufacturers consider performance information proprietary. Torqeedo is the only manufacturer I know who gives you propeller HP (as KW). Even with this info you are still in the dark because boat manufacturers consider boat performance (hull resistance) as proprietary information so you are left to guess. Thanks. Steve S.
