Many thanks for the excellent leads. I was actually looking into a Raspberry Pi with the PiCAN2 interface. Would love to make a beautiful MFD and learn how to use Pi and Python.
I've been looking at Victron's BMV700 with Bluetooth and I think that might provide most of the information I need. I'm currently using an Amazon Bayrite $20 shunt watt hour meter with no Peukert adjustments, and it does an OK job.
