Maybe try a stock 55lb or larger 24V trolling motor with your setup. Get one that does not have PWM speed control, since you have a controller already. Just put the motor on the maximum speed setting. It should push your N16 at 2 or 3 knots for a couple of hours. If it doesn't work out, sell it.
Make sure everything (i.e. batteries) are secured really well. You don't want them to shift while sailing. Also, think about waterproofing. It's easier to get knocked down in a small sailboat than a big one.
Oars - I liked using a yuloh when I had my Siren 17. It stowed nicely along the side deck when sailing.
