There should be a menu "Green Energy Projects" that should pop open
when the mouse is on it. The first two entries should be the monthly
newsletter indexes, for newer ones, and then older. Click on one.
That should open a new window with the index. Scroll down to find
each newsletter with its table of contents. (From the tables of
contents I hope people can see which one(s) might be of interest
before opening it, and you can do a page search on a subject.)
There's only one link to each newsletter. It opens in the same
window, and you have to scroll down in the newsletter to find the
subject.
