Craig (Turquoise Energy Ltd) who is a member here has a controller design for BLDC motors but the power MOSFETS should do the job for you. Mouser has them cheap, I believe. Cheap enough to blow a few doing "let's see if this will work" type designing. Just a thought. If you know just what you want, Mouser is a good vendor.
