I also want to be low cost as possible. I saw in the internet a kit of 5Kw with a very intresting price.
Can you tell me more about your configuration?
I have another question. Should I keep my 12v batterie for house needs or should I use an inverter from the batteries bank of the motor to the 12v for house needs?
My 12v needs are:
VHF radio
GPS
Instruments
Auto pilot
Nav lights
interior lights.
