[Electric Boats] Cycle Analyst vs Fluke 325

Hi,

I'm running the ME0913 on a 38 foot 6ton wooden sailboat boat based on the Thunderstruck kit with a 2:1 reduction. At 4.5 knots hull speed, in calm waters, the cycle analyst is reporting 2.1kw at full throttle or around 40-43 amps at 48volts (SevCon Gen4 controller). The tachometer reads about 980 RPM at the driveshaft.  The motor does not get hot at all even after running for an hour--it is however warm to the touch of palm. The Fluke 325 clamp meter reads around 90-92 amps when measuring the input to the controller on the (+) terminal.

This seems like a pretty big difference between the Fluke and the CA (40 vs 90amps ), no?  Any suggestions on what might be going on here?
