[Electric Boats] Speed controller and throttles

 

Hi
I have a 8kw 48volt 100am perm mag motor.. and require a controller and more importantly a throttle as they seem to be like rocking horse poo..

it is for a boat so a lever version would be groovy..

any ideas?
