Agree on 48V.
For EU norms, anything under 80V does not come into the high voltage
directive (industrial).
Dont recall anything about electric boats in the boating norms, might be
too new ?
Iirc, plasma cutters and welders are around 50V, and not considered unsafe.
I dont think the panels will stand walking on, long term. Just my
opinion, though.
