I charge with a 50 amp 14.8 volt charger. Unlike lead acid's surface voltage during charging that causes the charger to taper due to reduced voltage differential, the LiFePO4 pack takes the full 50 amp output of the charger all the way to 90% full, then tapers to zero.

I bottomed balanced these packs so just run them from 13 volts full to 12.2 volts. At 12.2 volts each cell is still above 3.0 volts by 0.05 volts. No BMS, just treat it as a regular battery making sure each cell never drops below 3.0 volts and doesn't charge above 3.7 volts.

Curious, when you connect these LiFePO4 3.2v cells together, how do you charge them?
Do you monitor the condition of the individual cells in any way?
