The only large electric yacht I know of (plus a diesel genny) is http://www.street-iolaire.com/disc.htm
I suspect she is underpowered but as she spent most of her life without an engine (0kW/ton!), it doesn't seem an issue to the owner.
I assume she must be over 9 tonnes, but can't find the specs.
