Hi BOB, the me-913 rated specs is Continuous current of 125 amps AC (180 Amps DC into the motor control )
so , at 180 amps x 48 volts you might be closer to 8.6 kw, still not 10 kw , you would need to run the voltage up a bit to get the 10 kw.
PLUS, it's all about thermal management, if you can keep it cool by adding an extra fan , you can turn it up .
