maybe I should consider having 2 banks at 48 v rather than 1 12v and 1 48v
and going the dc - dc converter route and just put in a 12v starting battery charged off the 48v banks
the main reason for 2 banks is one charging while the other is in use

the primary reason for going arduino initially was for proto purposes
